I highly recommend Platinum Auto. I recently damaged my fender on my 2024 Ranger Raptor. Juan was able to repair the damage without replacing the whole fender. I was pleasantly surprised. Exceeded every expectation. Excellent customer service and more than reasonable price. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an Auto Body repair shop. Thank you Juan!

I was referred here by the "alignment guy". If you need one ask Juan and Cassie, he is amazing. But this review is for the auto body work I received from Platinum. I read a lot of reviews before calling. I took my Honda in after turning it into a guard pole. sober! This caused an immense amount of damage. He gave me an estimate which was extremely fair to repair the side body damage. When i went to pickup my car he pointed out that he repaired the rear bumper as well! This damage was not from that accident but rather residual damage that was not repaired correctly the last time I had an oopsie. I cannot believe how well my car turned out! I am so happy with the excellent helpful and awesome service Juan and Cassie have provided me!!! My car came out better than expected. I was in a really bad accident and having a hard time with AAA and their shops and the parts they were using after an extensive search online I found platinum auto and they made it so easy for me and stress free. They explained everything and we’re very helpful.!!

I’m giving this place a five. I wish I could give them a 10 they did an outstanding job on my vehicle. The right bumper was damaged from a hit-and-run driver and a good friend of mine.
