Platinum Autohaus is a grand slam of an experience! I've bought over 20 vehicles in the past five years. These guys provided the best experience ever!! They sent this beautiful 2023 model X with only 1915 miles, all the way across the country,in exchange for my 2022 model S hatchback. Alex and his team from start to finish were total pros. I can see why they have so many five-star ratings. Very communicative during the whole process: from my credit check to all the details of my financing, answered all my questions about the vehicle, all made me very comfortable and informed when I came in to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was in prestige condition and looked better in person. Going in I knew I was pre approved for financing and once I decided we were a go for purchase- the whole process was maybe 30 mins. Very happy customer and will recommend Platinum to all my friends- a professional and courteous experience from start to keys!

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kevin, Neil and Andy are all awesome and I really enjoyed my car buying experience here and will definitely be back one day for my next car haha. Highly recommend checking them out, they have a very curated collection of high end cars and the one I purchased (Mercedes C43) is in great condition and had extensive service records. Also I was in and out in literally 15 minutes!
