Jason Bush was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. He was very diligent and determined to make me a happy customer! He listened to my wants and concerns and aimed to please. This was an out of town sale. Jason made the process go effortlessly. Jason was willing to send videos, pictures, etc to ease my mind. He also addressed all concerns and kept his word. From the beginning to the end, Ron made this one of the most comfortable car buying experiences. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. He took the time to understand what we wanted and needed, not just to make a sell. Ron was incredibly patient with me and my daughter, taking his time to walk us through our options without any pressure. He even bought us lunch while we took time to think through our decision, which meant so much and made the process feel genuine. I definitely recommend Ron! I recently visited Platinum Cars to check out a 2018 Acura TLX, and overall the experience was very good. The dealership was clean and organized, and the process felt smooth from start to finish. I especially want to mention Leo, the salesman who helped me. He was professional, patient, and really knew the details about the TLX. He made the whole experience easier and never made me feel pressured. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is because there’s always a little room for improvement, but overall Platinum Cars did a solid job. I’d definitely consider coming back in the future.
