For starters and context, this was my wife’s first time dealing with the “car buying experience”. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, professional, understanding, polite and warm staff than the folks at Platinum Motors in Dodge City. We spoke with them for roughly about 2 weeks about deals, financing, etc. They were not only patient with us but encouraged us to make the best informed decision we could. They answered every question, jumped through every hoop and went above and beyond for us.
