Platinum Volkswagen Parts Department

WOW!! Not what I’m used to…. And what a pleasure! I worked with Thomas and he jumped right in when I explain the situation. He helped me when my previous VW dealership also on Ling Island did not replace my screen as they should have and said they did from a recall. So happy I made the switch!! All co okayed in less than 40 minutes. Pleasant moved quickly and done! No more issues and I’ve made the switch So happy I did. I feel heard and relieved my vehicle is being properly taken care of

The service manager was absolutely horrible. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been in customer service for many years and I would never speak to any customer the way he spoke to me. I did not agree with him on an issue and he got up from his chair and told me he will not fix my car. I had to ask him to fix my car, the car was eventually serviced my the service department. I did not yell or curse in the disagreement. I was never calm and respectful. I was shocked with his behavior. I have never been treated so badly by anyone at Jetta except by Michael. I most likely will not be leasing my car from this dealership again.

I had a really wonderful experience at the Volkswagen in Hicksville. They were all very nice, helpful. Manny, who helped me get my son his first car made the experience easy and quick. Everything went smooth. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a Volkswagen.

My experience at Platinum Volkswagen was excellent. The service advisor, Tom, was very professional. The receptionist, Natalie, was also a pleasure to deal with. My vehicle was serviced well and expeditiously. Thank you.

As usual get very prompt and personal consultations and service from platinum. I’ve gone to other dealer service centers before this is my best experience so far. Also my service advisor Tom is top notch. Great communication from him and the team. Thank you to all at Platinum!
