Plaza Auto Care

My car was scratched while being towed and the denied it. I requested pre towing records or the camera recording for the lot. They refused. I was given hard time to get a detailed receipt for the cost for the service (price/mile) and how many miles. They charged me 240$ cash and refused to take card. Which I had to walk for 20 minutes to get the cash.

Today I have been tested!! two flat tires on two separate work vans at the same time whew 🫠🫠🫠 Thank you to Plaza Auto Care for coming to my rescue not once not twice but always. When I went to pick up my car, Matt told me he wouldn’t retrieve it and that I’d have to wait until 2:00 PM if I wanted it back. After I spoke up, they threatened me—saying I’d never see my Jeep again and that they’d drive off with it if I showed up with my roommate. One of them even chased us out of the office trying to start a fight. Matt later told my apartment complex that he was going to let
