I recently picked up my car from the shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It looks fantastic. David, the manager, truly stands out; his attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident throughout the entire process. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. What impressed me the most was David's background in law enforcement, which really made a difference in handling my insurance claim and navigating through the civilian police accident report. His expertise was invaluable and made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I recommend David and his team for anyone in need of car repairs or assistance. Incredible services! I want to give a special thanks to David and Kenny for the assistance with my car. My car was stationed at Plaza Auto Mall when a tow truck driver from their establishment accidentally scraped the entire left side of my drivers door with the truck. Thanks to David, they were able to help me and fully repaired my car including other existing major damages the car had. They did more than what was expected of them. Not only did they fix the damages that were inflicted by their employee, but they also took care of all the preexisting damages. To top it off, they provided me with a brand new loaner car during the time my vehicle was receiving a complete makeover.
