I came in with a tire light on, and it turned out to be nothing, the light just needed to be reset. I didn’t need any maintenance, however, my sevice advisor Chris D went the extra mile. He filled up my windshield washer fluid and cleaned my windshield without me asking and 100% free! Thank you Chris you’re the best!

Wanted to write a review hopefully it helps others. My car 2023 honda passport broke down on me on 11/21/25 in bklyn. Never brought my car here for service. The tow truck driver decided to bring my car here to get fixed. Advisor by the name of michael respectfully took my car in and told me would call me to see what the problem was. Called me couple days later told me it was the starter and needed to be replaced. If you decide to bring your car here to get fixed be mindful there always busy and dont pick up calls. If the advisor says he will call you next day most likely its gonna be a couple days on the update of your vehicle. I was disappointed because I wasnt updated promptly and no loaner provided for two weeks. Third week michael calls saying my vehicle is ready. Went to go pick it up

I purchased a 2023 Honda Pilot, and after about one year, I noticed that the washer pieces located between the roof rails and the body had cracked. Upon researching this issue on Honda owners’ forums, I found that many other owners are experiencing the same problem. According to the Honda warranty and owner’s manual, these accessories are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles—whichever comes first. Therefore, the parts should be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with your service department has been frustrating and disappointing.
