Plaza Service Center

On a cold, rainy night Felix came and gave me a tow after my truck murdered a deer. He was kind, professional and helpful. I am very appreciative for his quick, courteous service.

Locked my keys in the car. Called AAA and the first technician, who was a lot closer to me, declined the assignment twice. An order was placed with Felix at Plaza and he called within 5 mins of the assignment and was on the way immediately. Even though he was 40 miles away, he was there quick. It was cold and raining and I can't say how happy I was to be warm and on my way.

This place towed my stolen car from 2 blocks away and charged me $450 and kept my car almost 1 week before contacting me. One the good side is that He contacted me when the cops didn't do anything about the car being stolen. I'm grateful but wondering who is worse the car thief or the towing thief!?? Still gave him 3 🌟 for his effort.

Went in to get tires mounted on my truck, James and Dave were very kind and courteous. Got me In real quick and took care of business. I will be back to get vehicle service whenever I'm in the area from jeff city. Thanks again...Maurice G.
