Plaza Tire Service

Outstanding establishment! Showed up out of the blue and needed four new tires for a 2000 mile trip. Got the top-of-the-line tires at an exceptional price! Great people to deal with. The service was fast, thorough, and courteous. Would recommend Plaza Tire Service to everyone!

It was a good experience getting the front two tires replaced on my suv due to simple wear and tear over thelyears. The process was straight forward and professional. Colt at the front desk managed the process. The price was reasonable and comparable to 2 other places I checked. I was in and out in 3-4 hours. Would recommend and go back to. The lobby area is super clean, had coffee and water, and magazines, and wifi. The only minor hiccup was not being able to get dropped of back home after dropping the car off. I said it was okay to use my vehicle to drop me off and pick me back up, and live only 5 minutes away. But they couldn't. A store policy. Which I get.

This place used to be great and the staff friendly and helpful. Maybe I just went in when the wrong guy was there but twice in a row I’ve been told they don’t do any work without an appointment. This last time a tech and a counter person were hanging out in the lobby chatting when I came in and was turned away. I ended up going to the Broadway location both times and even the Broadway closes earlier both times they got me knocked out no problem and the guys were friendly and nice. Not sure if anyone at Sun Tire (owners of Plaza) reads these but whoever worked Saturday 1/24/26 on the counter was the one in question.

Wonderful staff. We were immediately greeted by staff and a shop pup! The dog made our day and was exactly what we needed after recently losing ours. My appointment was on time and was completed before the time I was quoted. 10/10 would recommend.

I called Grindstone, but they never got back to me, so I decided to try a different location. Cole was incredibly helpful with getting me new tires. When they didn’t have the ones I needed in stock, he explored other options and even found me a better deal. I really appreciate that, he got me better tires the same day. I’m thankful, because those new tires came in handy this week. Excellent customer service!
