UPDATE: ERIC the manager contacted me and offered to fix the vehicle. It was nice to not be left out in the cold. They fixed the issue and I am satisfied. Thanks Eric for your time and understanding. Took my wife's vehicle here to get amaster cylinder and brake booster. The next day my wife told me of horrible vibration noise from the car. I drove the car and yes there was a horrible vibration noise. I poped the hood and immediately noticed a missing nut that holds the cross member and top of strut securely to the vehicle and yes the bolt is stripped. You let us leave with missing parts that are a danger to even drive the vehicle not to mention I also noticed the brake fluid was low just after the work too. Who does that? Apparently Plaze Tire in Paragould..... I never had a problem at J

Plaza auto helped me a lot with finding me a good set of tires at a good price. My jeep is in rough shape and they helped tighten some things and fix some very small things that needed to be fixed without adding extra stuff that did not need done. Excellent work and loved the help!

The employees are great. Their prices are a little high, however, after having my tire replaced, my gas mileage improved a great deal. Duh, I know this and should have done it sooner

This was my first time here and it was a very good experience. Very friendly staff. I was for them to check my brakes and for a recommendation and a quote. They were way faster than I expected and they weren't pushy salesman. I couldn't get my brakes fixed that day but will definitely be back soon and everyone else should go here too.

5/5 we were in and out fast and the price was very fair for the work they did. We will definitely be back for our vehicle needs. Plus our motor mount was destroyed (not their fault, just an older car) they fixed that and didn’t charge us. I was very pleased with the service. I really can’t say enough great things about this experience.
