Plaza Tire Service

If I could give this review zero stars, I 100% would. The guy that I assume was a manager, tried to charge me $400 to mount and balance 4 tires and road force balance 4 other tires. When I asked why it was so expensive, he got super defensive and told me that he didn’t make the prices, and that it was a business where they weren’t working for free. I told him I just wanted to understand the charges. He then became extra agitated, rude and confrontational. I told him that I just wanted to understand the charges and that there was no need to get defensive. I used to like this Plaza tire in the past. They were friendly, would answer my questions, and perform their services at a reasonable price. I don’t know what’s going on over there now… I left before even getting the guy’s name. I went to

Called this place and spoke with Adam and it was the most pleasant conversation I’ve had in a while! He was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and you could tell he was doing it with a smile. He got me in first thing the next morning for an appointment and meeting him was just as pleasant. Thank you Adam for such a wonderful experience.

I got four new tires this morning on my truck and it really couldn’t have gone much better. They had the new rubber on with an hour so I just hung up in their lobby, everybody was very nice and helpful, and the job seemed to be done very well. So I’m a happy customer and I’m sure I’ll be back.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this location. I had a 10 a.m. appointment on 7/19/25 to get four new tires and also requested that they install front brake pads I had purchased elsewhere. I was happy they could accommodate the request. However, the service, which comes with a "1-hour guarantee," took 3.5 hours to complete. I received an email at 12:52 p.m. stating my vehicle was ready, which was already longer than expected, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I had asked for the additional brake service. I was also in no rush so I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 3pm. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I noticed they had only replaced two of the four tires. I went inside to let them know, and they apologized, saying they could finish the job in 20 minutes

Today, I encountered an issue at this service center, i went for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and they told me that my tires were bad, that i had to replace them all. So, we proceeded with the preplacem. However, upon leaving, I noticed that my vehicle was vibrating significantly, and the tires were making contact with the frame when I turned the steering wheel. I returned to the center, where Adam Hackworth, the salesman at the front desk, reacted defensively, claiming I had not informed them about my previous tire changes (a detail I was unaware of since i only have a year with the vehicle). As "the" professionals, they should have been aware of the specifications for the vehicle and the potential consequences of installing the incorrect tire size. Ultimately, the manager interve
