Plaza Tire Service

I have been coming to this Plaza Tire for awhile, the manager Nick is a good guy and the staff is really great. A couple of the tires I have the company no longer makes and they have recommended different ones that are equivalent to what I had and I have gotten good use out of the tires and if I have a flat and ect that can't be repaired they stand by the warranty and give you good prorated prices. All of the staff is very friendly and very noligable . I want to thank everyone at this Plaza Tire for all the hard work they do and for great communication on the products and services they provide.

After a text and 2 unanswered calls to my dealer to get new tires, I decided to try Plaza Tire. They were absolutely amazing! The staff was on point and respectful to everyone who walked through the door. They reviewed all my options and explained everything in detail. I will likely bring my car back here for service going forward!

I had a nail in my tire and called first thing in the morning. They were able to work me into the schedule right away and fixed the leak quickly. They also pointed out some upcoming maintenance but didn’t pressure me at all. When I asked about pricing, they wrote everything down and told me to let them know if and when I wanted to move forward. The team was friendly, straightforward, and genuinely focused on helping me get my truck back on the road. I’ll definitely return.

Michael had me hooked up! Tires + free alignment especially considering I had it towed there overnight and he still had it done today by the time I got off at 5! Exceptional service! Outstanding! I was traveling from Kansas City to St. Louis ran over some construction debris. I rolled in. They had my new tire on and changed in under 45 minutes. I did not miss my conference and I appreciate everyone’s efforts.
