I have had the misfortune of speaking with Pixie twice. She's rude, condescending, doesn't let you finish, draws her own conclusions, and basically has saved her company from getting my business twice. I don't know if it is because I'm not from here or what, there's a ton of great reviews so it doesn't make any sense. Both times I've spoken with her has left me frustrated and continuing to look for insurance. It was pointed out that I had put the wrong name of the rude woman. I have no idea where the former name came from but, I have updated it to the correct name.
