Definitely a luxury experience. I inquired online and got a call back from Steve in the morning. I showed up and was greeted by Carlos. They had the car gassed and cleaned up for me when I got there. Fell in love with the Infiniti immediately. I've had it for a week now and it drives like a dream. Definitely going come back in 3 years when I'm ready for my next ride. Highly recommend, ask for the staff that helped me, Steve or Carlos.

My husband and I stopped at PNW Luxury Cars to check out a Forester and ended up having a great time trying out some fair priced luxury vehicles. Carlos was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We didn’t end up buying here as we found a car we liked elsewhere that better fit our needs, but I would feel confident shopping here again in the future. Definitely stop in if something catches your eye!

When I first came in, I met with Terrill and he assisted me. I did not speak with anyone else at that time. When I came back the second time with my wife, Terrill was not there and Jensen welcomed us. While we were speaking with him, another employee named “Cowboy Steve J” approached us, claimed that we were his customers, and insisted that he would be the one assisting us. My wife felt very uncomfortable with his attitude. Matters like that should be discussed privately, not in front of customers.
