Po Boyz Tires

Made an appointment for tires. My tires were being delivered as I was getting ready to park. I was a little early but I didn't want to be late. Tires on way less than an hour. I was leaving with new tires and very happy. Customer service was great the prices were absolutely the best in town. My son-in-law found this place for me, he lives in Las Vegas but told me to go here. They didn't disappoint. I will come back to this shop for other services. Everyone that I encountered was professional and friendly. I appreciate the great work they do. 5 stars 🌟

Good People! Lots of these one star reviews are knowingly buying a used tire for $25-$35 bucks expecting it to be brand new! The owners are as good as gold!

I see some bad reviews here but let me tell everyone...the folks at Po Boyz are super nice, down to earth, quick service, great prices, and I highly recommend them!

I purchased 2 tires from this place Saturday Morning went to Thomasville to have them put on. When the guy tried to put the second tire on it wouldn't hold air. So he told me this tire is no good it has a hole in it and marked. The tire. This morning which is Monday November 4th 2024 I call this place and told them about the tire. The lady said bring it back with my receipt for a refund. Not only did the owner state that the person that was putting in on put a hole in it. He said no refunds on used tires. I said well the lady said bring it back. This man used profanity towards me. Gave me another tire with a big plug repair in it. I wasted 50 dollars I will never come back to this place. I will be contacting the BBB to report this place. Better inspect your tires before purchasin

If there was a way to rate these folks a zero, I would. I think there is something suspicious going on with Po Boyz of Demopolis. First, this is not an actual Pep Boys (pay attention to the spelling) and you can’t report them to the corporate office. I think these folks take advantage of the elderly people. I think they did this with my Parents. When I attempted to discuss the transaction with the manager/owner, he was very rude and actually hung up on me instead of discussing the situation. He got VERY defensive from the initial start. I informed him that I thought it was very suspect that the alternator in my Parents' car went bad immediately after they drove off from getting tires replaced at this location.
