Pogue Chevrolet Parts & Service Department

This was by far the most screwed up service that I have had at this dealership? What was supposed to be a one day 2 day tops turned out to be a 5 day. Then on top of it all they never said thank you or even handed my a car wash token for 2200$ spent. Even the rude guy gives a token.

Horrible communication and service. Was originally told the job would be approximately 4 hours and I was without a vehicle for 9 days. After multiple excuses I did get my vehicle back. I am assuming the problems were fixed but haven’t had it back long enough to know for certain. The truth would have been nice so I could have prepared my week better instead of planning every single day to pick it up.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The work was completed as expected and satisfactorily. Thank you to the Pogue service team..

Brought the vehicle in for a check engine light,they went above and beyond,vehicle had an airbag recall we didn’t know about they fixed and they done a 27 point inspection also and a few other simple things,,we are very satisfied with their service and professionalism

I will preface this review by stating that I had already received multiple warnings from close friends and other members of the community telling me not to take my vehicle to Pogue for anything. They were right. On 8/20/21 I took my vehicle to the Chevrolet service department. I had requested to have the coolant replaced and the transmission filter replaced. Simple service. After leaving, I received a call stating that I had two glow plugs going bad and they offered to replace them. I agreed to have all 8 glow plugs replaced. This was the last I heard. Around 3:30pm I called them to check the status of my vehicle and see if it was ready to be picked up. At this time they informed me that they had broke two glow plugs during their replacement. This left me with minimal time to arrange a r
