Pohanka Honda Parts

I am very happy with Honda and the work that was done on my car. Some unexpected items needed repair. Considering the added repairs the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. My customer service person was Blake. He’s a very nice person who treats you with caring and respect. Also he’s a calm person who doesn’t act as though you’re taking up his time. I will definitely ask for him when I go back to Honda.

Pohanka Service department was awesome my service advisor Blake was very good at making sure that I was aware of what was going on as far as a timeline for my car being serviced and letting me know when the next time I need it service. He made sure that I was comfortable while I was waiting for my car to be completed. He was very nice and courteous.

I went for the End of Summer service yesterday. I was greeted curbside by Justin Banks, Service Advisor. I really love the social distancing and everyone wears masks. I like that you receive a message from your service advisor so you can send them a message if you have any questions while your car is being serviced. Justin explained the details of the service, and everything that’s is needed after the examination of my vehicle, including costs. He escorted me to the cashier and as I left, was a nice gentleman and held open the door. As a senior citizen I appreciated all of his kindness and how informative and professional he was. I also loved the outdoor benches they have where you can sit and wait for your vehicle outside in the fresh air. Great job Pohanka.

First I'd like to thank Marcus Nelson for his patience. I rescheduled my appointment at least 2 or 3 times and not once did Marcus complain. Upon arrival Marcus greeted me with a smile and conversation ☺, Marcus was attentive to my needs and explained in detail every service. I look forward to returning soon with hopes of Marcus Nelson as my Service Advisor. Kudos to Marcus Nelson for displaying superb customer service!

My basic oil change service recently was my best one yet! Will Chambers was my service advisor and he was phenomenal!!! He was thorough, informative, kind, honest, respectful and he seemed to really care about the health and well being of my car!! He had the best genuine customer service I have ever experienced from a Honda dealer and I have driven Honda’s for 20 years. He should train and teach ALL service advisors. If I could encounter him at every visit I would hands down bring my car more often because I really felt like I could trust him and his expertise; especially as a woman bringing my vehicle.
