Had my car towed there on Monday 2/2 with the promise of diagnostic by the end of Tuesday 2/3. Ive had to call every day since then, each day promising the next day. Somehow got "too busy" to keep thier Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday promises. Now promising diagnostic on Friday 2/6. Then said they've brought it in a couple of times (doesn't run so don't know how) and what they say they've checked are the items that were already checked which all said couldn't be more than an hour, if that, in total. I use my car for work, so I'm out of work till it's fixed and they have been informed of such. Told me if I'm not happy, to feel free to take it somewhere else, after paying 150 to tow it there. Management problem? I'm not happy. At all. Terrible service. No communication unless I call

I have a 2015 Honda pilot. It had an electrical problem. Point auto was able to get the car in the day that I called and Replaced the alternator. Two days later, a battery that was less than a week old failed. I took it back to them and they It helps me get the battery replaced under warranty. Service was quick and professional. Their prices are reasonable.

My family and I have been going here for over 25 years now. We love the team there. They are always very fair with our vehicles and in telling us what is wrong BEFORE they start to do the work. We had to use them once for friend's daughter's car to be repaired after a deer strike. The body shop there did a great job. They apparently do a lot of insurance work. Pricing is very fair. Still family owned and operated, and the most important thing here is their HONESTLY

Great experiences with this long-established shop. Brought them a Boxster and they lived up to their Porsche reputation. Today’s job was simple one on a Tesla. Charged me a fraction of what the dealer quoted. Thanks, Will. Need to leave the car? They will even drive you home if you ask.
