Point S American Tire

My first time here and got estimate for a new tire. Thought price was a little high, but was desperate so I said go ahead and put it on. When paying, the final cost was 30.00 more than estimate. I asked for explanation, turns out they nickel and dimed me. They included warranty and tire disposal fees. That was not the final cost, they also charged me credit card fee of 8.00!! My other tire store gives me 1 quote and they stick to it, no extras unless I want it. Beware of this store, they don't explain their estimate and add on additional charges after you approve work.

Asked for all season tires. Guy behind counter said he charged my for all season tires. Come to find out they sold me highway tires.

Called them..and the total was supposed to be $300..final cost $1000..wth..just all this checking within 10 mins..smh

I was not greeted upon entering. The guy at the desk seemed like he did not want to be there. It took two hours for a simple tire repair. The last time I was here, it took a hour and a half. That was also a tire repair. They take forever, but still get the job done.

Kendall and the hard working tire and auto pros at Point S Tire, on Coal Ave, quickly service the alignment I desperately needed today for my pickup. I've used them a few times for tires too, really good company.
