Point S Creswell Tire & Auto Service

My wife and I were passing through on I-5 when our tire pressure light went on. We were lucky enough to be near Point S and when we got there, they couldn't have been nicer and more professional. So impressed and so appreciative that we found them. We only wish we lived closer so that we could get our cars serviced there all the time!

This is a fantastic place to take your car. I came in to get a patch for a flat tire on my car. They quoted me 20 dollars for the patch and putting the tire back on my car. The service was very quick and they decided to not charge me a single dollar for the service. This place will absolutely do their best to take care of you and your car.

I had a tractor tire I couldn’t get reseated and so I brought it in and they got it done right away! It made a huge difference for my business and let me get on with the farm tasks quickly. These guys are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in the Eugene area.

I got a tire repair and bought chains for my vehicle in late 2024. My receipt, the salesperson, and many signs around the store assured me that I could return the chains for a refund if they were unused "after April 1." I am autistic, and I interpreted this very literally. I don't live in Creswell, so I didn't get back to Point S until November of 2025. When I went to the counter to return the chains, I was told that I could only return them after April 1st. My confused reply was that it was indeed after April 1st; in fact, it was about 7 months after. The manager came over to sort out the issue. I had a receipt showing that I bought the chains over a year ago. It turns out that the actual policy is that they only accept returns outside of the snow season, so I was supposed to retu

We experienced a trailer tire blow out on I-5 right before the Creswell exit. We got off the highway and pulled into a large turnout. Called the nearest tire company which was Point S Tire Company, and they said they were just a block away and to go ahead and come over. They were so busy with other customers but from that initial phone call, every employee was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. They started on our tire right as we pulled in and we basically had no wait time! Wonderful business to us out of town travelers and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you!
