Poison Spyder Customs

**Update that I feel I should add.** The company sent out another set of rockers with no hardware so I donated them to an offroad club that raises money to buy K9 vests for the law enforcement agencies in town. The rockers were auctioned off and the money went towards a good cause. I have Poison Spyder skins on my 2014 JKU but I've purchased rockers now that came with no hardware. I've given them the chance to fix the issue and the instructions say if anything is missing to call Poison Spyder but now they are shifting responsibility to 4WP where I purchased the rockers citing "we have no manufacturing warehouse" we are not scheduled to make parts until the fall" 4WP purchased those rockers from us last year". Attn Everyone PSA!! I Just got off the phone with someone at (PoisonSpyder) all manufacturing has stopped. Apparently for about 2 years now the guy said the owner sold the Company. And has no idea if or when they will start manufacturing again. In fact they suggested i get a refund for the parts i purchased and been waiting on just shy of 2 years. They used to make quality parts. As i have all of theyre armor but now wish i would have went GenRight due to this.

I placed a order for hi-line fenders. Come to find out they altered the angle of the fenders so that no aftermarket hi-line hood would fit due to them changing the angle from the original AEV hi-line. I call customer service to confirm this and the guy didn't know so I asked to speak with someone else that would have a answer. I was put on hold for 20min and they hung up on me. This customer service made me cancel my order and now im going gen right. Gen Right was super helpful and also confirmed spyder changed the angle so the only option it to cut the hood.

These folks are great. I walked in to their facility half expecting to be turned away and advised to order my parts via their site. This did not happen, I was invited into their office space and was introduced to a fabrication specialist, who took the time to inspect my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and advise me as to what parts I needed. Moving forward with my Jeep build I will only gear up with Poison Spyder products. I would encourage any Jeep owner to stop in and see what they can do for you.

I stopped by the Banning location and they are no longer there. All signage and logos removed. No information of new location or anything in regards to contact info. I tried calling (automated answering system)and tried reaching Customer Service and was placed on hold for 15min plus. Tried again, but this time trying Sales....no answer after a long wait on hold with no answer I'm giving Poison Spyder a 5 star because they make quality products. Just puzzled on what happened to this location.
