Overall great experience My son was driving home from school 2 hours into his drive. He experienced car troubles, needing the alternator to be changed at 8pm. I am a dad that fixes everything and trust no one. Being 3 hours away, tools loaded up and ready to once again make the needed repair. I reached out to inquire if PolarBear’s they could fit us in this morning. PolarBear’s responded, was able to move a couple things around and completed the repair with a professional approach and work. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing an amazing service in a time of need. I hope to repay the same!

I called for help for rotors locked up and he was willing to come to my location within reasonable times of the situation and was great about identifying the problems. Replaced my rotors, calipers, and brake pads with a couple of hours in freezing temperatures to get it done. Definitely recommend.

Jeremy is the most professional mechanic I’ve met in the 4 years I’ve lived here. One of the best mobile mechanics I have seen thus far. I called the company on the morning of the incident that happened to my vehicle , and they showed up within an hour.
