Local Orange County service facility did not have availability so I went to San Diego. Best auto service experience yet! Jon and crew were helpful and accommodating, put me in a clean, equivalent loaner, fixed the level 2 charging and completed service in a day. Much more relaxed experience than a typical dealership. Definitely worth the drive.

First off, I was very impressed with the vehicle and the test drive experience. Making the appointment online was super easy. They followed up with me promptly and then when the day of the appointment came they sent me a reminder. Tim was the one that helped me via text and was who took me on the test drive of the Polestar 4. He was very easy going and pointed out all of the features of the vehicle as we drove. He even allowed me to extend it a few more miles. Once we got back to the show room he showed me the different configuration options. We just purchased a Polstar and took it to have its service that was due. We purchased the car with over 100,000 miles and we were anticipating getting raked over the coals due to delayed maintenance. However, the Polestar service center treated us with respect and honesty and we felt like they were giving us very good advice and service. Highly recommend this service center if you have a Polstar..

By far the least responsible group of people i had to deal with for polestar vehicle. My polestar 3 had internal charging port issue, and i knew that days after i had issue charging at home. Their response was charge outside the house? And took 6 months for them to admit and change the internal part - which took another 30 days. I asked both Madison and Rudy but they dont even reply back all they care is customers writing fake 5 star ratings… No accountability and no cares for customers…
