Thank you, Team Polk Freightliner! Re-routed to Polk Freightliner during travel in our Coach when we received a check engine light come on with a code indicative of fuel leakage with a level of moderately severe need for attention; Service Manager Neil welcomed us at the service desk, verified the engine system error and indicated we could not continue to drive without the fix. We had to leave our coach and prepare alternate plans… Neil was helpful with a fast checkin, offered assorted recommendations and was patient while we worked to secure rental cars and empty our coach contents into the rentals prior to leaving the coach. In what was a stressful situation upending our travel plans, the Team at Polk Freightliner made us feel comfortable in knowing our coach was being left in good hands

pos at the counter was very rude and was just trying to get people out of the store. a company with such high reputation should absolutely not allow the sarcastic remarks and obviously incapable people in the field of customer service. Remarks like “if you know so much tell me what the part is?” and further remarks as well.

It's incredible how painful it can be when you take your truck in to have some work done related to PM Service and valve adjustment, and when you go to pick up your truck, the mechanics supposedly make a mistake and say that your batteries are not working properly and send you a bill for $4,028.93 to see if you will agree to have your batteries replaced, wasting three days of your time, when you have a family and you have to go out and earn money to take care of them, and above all, they don't know that they are AGM batteries and that you have to run the truck for a few miles to recharge them, and when you go to pick up your truck and your batteries are fine, the customer service guys are excellent, but the mechanics, if you're not smart, MAKE YOU SPEND A LOT OF MONEY. I have been coming to this location for the past year and everytime I visited I always get the BEST customer service experience. Everyone here is professional and friendly.
