I'd suggest avoiding this place. Mike is overcharging for parts. He showed me his screen with the price from his supplier, but another mechanic in town was really shocked at the price - more than triple the going rate. I suspect he has some kind of racket going on.

Friendly and honest. What we thought was wrong with my truck was gonna cost $700. He figured out the real problem and it only cost me $100. Will be a returning customer.

Mike saved us. We were on a trip from Michigan to Texas, came through Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter. Our radiator decided to go out on us. I called up Mike and he got us taken care of the very next morning. Excellent service, professional, and fair priced. Our family is thankful for Mr. Pollitt!

Unfortunately, I have to share a bad experience with Mike. My car went into his shop with an intact windshield and came out with a cracked windshield. Mike declined responsibility, but also refused to let me view the security camera footage to see what happened. Mike barked at me to "stay on the other side of the counter" as he sat for 30 minutes looking at the footage himself. I will always have to wonder what Mike saw in that footage that he did not want me to see.

Never had a bad experience here. The pricing is always fair and the owner always makes sure it's done right.
