The level of detail on the exterior is insanely awesome I love the paint is so smooth and glossy it looks like a mirror. There cleaning on the windows makes it look transparent 😊They managed to remove all the swirl marks and water spots that I thought were permanent. Even the wheels and wheel wells are spotless supper clean 🧼 The cleaning quality is on a whole different level compared to any other detailing shop… I recommend pollo auto detailing what you pay is worth having your car cleaned❗️

Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Care I recently had my car detailed at [Company Name] and I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the service and their response to my concerns. What should have been a refreshing experience for my vehicle turned into a frustrating waste of time and money. Incomplete Cleaning When I picked up my car, I was shocked to find that several areas were still dirty: The center console had visible dust and crumbs Stains on the seats were untouched The wheel wells were still caked with mud Windows had streaks and smudges It was clear that the detailing job was rushed and incomplete. For the premium price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail. Unresponsive to Complaints The real disappointment came when I returned to the shop to address these issues.
