Pollock Garage State Inspections

I use this garage because he is the best priced and never had any problems before. When I called last week to make an appointment for brakes and rotors, I stated I would drop it off in the morning, go to breakfast and then be back to pick it up. To which he agreed would be fine. I drop my car off a little after 8. He wasn’t there yet. I left a note in the door that I would be back around 930 and to call me with any problems/concerns. I pull in around 940 to pick it up. He is instantly rude and continues to tell me he didn’t get to it yet and I never told him it needed to be done at a specific time. I work 12 hours night shift and haven’t slept yet so I’m not going to wait longer and I specifically drove 30 minutes out of my way for his service. And although there was no “specific time”. Go

He put a muffler on my mustang and it sounds great. I plan on going back for any work that needs done on it
