I've been coming here for years with no problems - Brian and Shirley have always been wonderful, and the work was reliable and fairly priced. Over the past year or so, however, the quality has unfortunately decreased, from issues with my brakes being incorrectly measured to no longer receiving the virtual detailed report after each appointment. My oil change appointment today was the final straw. After a very unprofessional experience with the person at the front desk, where he was extremely condescending and spoke down to me like a child, I'm sad to say I will no longer be coming here for my car services. I do want to say thank you to Brian and Shirley - thank you for always being so professional and helpful every time we interacted!

Polycare with reasonable pricing and an honest tech like Nick. You can't go wrong. Most people drive daily and have little knowledge of maintenance and are often overcharged. Brian and his team helped me with a big AC problem that my first-generation GMC Canyon has had for a long time. Clogged lines and a broken compressor. They provided me with detailed explanation for the steps they took and what steps would be required to resolve whatever lingering issues there are. The team provided a detailed vehicle inspection digital report which ranked the status of equipment/parts and recommendations based on urgency. Another cool aspect of this company was the overnight vehicle drop off option where you can leave your keys in the mail drop box and security patrols the lot overnight. They provide updates via phone/text. My bill was about $1300 in the end, but big problems require a lot of hard work which was provided with kindness. I felt reassured that Brian is a man
