I was searching for a specialist who specifically worked on Mercedes and found Mike at Pommmerer’s. I had him check over my vehicle for a road test to make sure it was good and also to look over the vehicle because I had just purchased it not too long ago. He was able to go beyond the call of duty by contacting the dealer, getting service records, and basically doing a pre-purchase inspection. Mike let me know my vehicles exact status. He knows what he’s doing he’s very knowledgeable and most of all, he makes you feel comfortable trusting that he’s not gonna rip you off and he’s gonna fix the issue. Mike is the absolute BEST. If you have a Mercedes and you've had work on it, you know how much of a PITA the whole process can be. After multiple trips to the stealership, Mike quickly and easily fixed an issue I'd had for years during routine maintenance. Months later, when I really thought it was OVER for my car, Mike literally tightened a few bolts and sent me on my way. Long story short: I'll always drive Mercedes now because they're fantastic cars AND MOSTLY because I have a guy I trust to maintain them.
