Justin lined out a plan that included time lines, cost of the repair and the repair process insuring I had all information needed to make an informed decision concerning the repair needed on my 2016 Audi S7 (my favorite depreciating asset). Justin kept me informed along the way and his customer service and professionalism was above and beyond what was expected. The repair to my Audi was impeccable, the color was perfect, the workmanship was amazing and you would never be able to tell that a heavy hoisted fishing kayak broke free in the garage and landed on the Audi one day. I took my car into Justin last fall after hitting a truck tire on I-80 at 70 mph. There was more damage than met the eye and Justin dealt with insurance on getting everything that he needed. As a perfectionist (in a different field), I was absolutely impressed with Justin's quality of work and attention to detail. Additionally, Justin fixed a few weather-worn areas on my 12-year-old car (some that I had mentioned and one that I had forgotten to ask about but he fixed anyway) and brought them back to 'like new' condition.
