I HAD to come here and give 5stars!! I purchased a vehicle in April 2020 here it is august 2023 & I can say I have absolutely no problems other than regular maintenance with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend family & friends here! Hope to visit & make another purchase soon!

I bought a car here. 3 days later it went into LIMP MODE. I brought it back and Scott, WITHOUT HESITATION, WITHOUT ARGUMENTS, assured me they would make it right. They tried to fix my car and the problem was bigger than we thought and was going to take a lot longer to fix. He told me to come pick out another car. I did and I was told they would work with me like they have been if this car malfunctioned. They have been nothing but nice and helpful and I appreciate everything. They've even given me a couple weeks before I have to make my first payment so I can get back on my feet a little. I have only good things to say about Poole Motors.

I have done business with Poole Mother's for the past ten years. Easy payment methods. Family environment. Out of four cars I purchased one act up one me. And sure enough Mr. Scott allowed me under the circumstances to pick another car. He didn't have to do that because you buy as is, but Mr. Scott and Poole Motors work with their long time customers. The man has a heart. Absolutely great and clean cars.

Me and my husband bought the 2002 Oldsmobile Alero and we let him know the first few days we had it had an overheating issue and it eventually blew a head gasket and when he comes to our house. He admitted in front of our daughter that it was a head gasket issue. Look at the windshield you will see the coolant on the windshield where it sprayed out of the resivoir that I had to replace. This guy has sold this car more than one time. He sold the same car 5 years ago. Don't believe me look in the comments

This place is horrible my vehicle is almost completely paid off I always paid early and paid extra Mr. Poole is a complete scam every since I got my vehicle it has had nothing but trouble. My vehicle have had nothing but trouble since I got it and my mechanic even said the vehicle was rigged up just to run a few weeks. All I asked was to trade it back in and get another vehicle even if I had to restart over completely on what I owe I was told no I think this is bad business I understand it's a loss but why can't I get another vehicle SMH do not do business with Poole Motors or you night end up with junk.
