Poole's Used Cars

I bought a car from them in January when I was in a pinch and they totally worked with me. Yesterday after having a discussion with my fiancé, I decided I wanted something different and we had it halfway paid off so I called Ms. Misty up and told me about a 2009 Honda Accord she had. We stopped by and took it for a test drive and I fell in love. I was able to trade my 2008 Toyota Scion XB in for the Honda and my payments stayed the same! I can’t recommend Poole’s enough. By far the easiest and quickest experience I have had!

My family member purchased a car there and it recently had engine problems the engine light came on and the car was overheating. She took the car back on January 20th after she got off work. She has not had the car for six months or more. I believe they sold her a lemon car. Her experience was not good at all.They did not even offer her another car at the same price and same down payment as a even swop, just doesn't make sense. My family member learned a lot from this experience.They told her they were going to write it down as a repossession that is not a good business practice she said they told her she had to pay the whole car off before she gets the car back and my family member wanted to see a copy of the receipt showing the car radiator hose was fixed as they had said they fixed it

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst experience of my families life. A year ago we started payments on a tiny car from them. The first week. Transmission went out. The ended up keeping it for a whole month with excuses as to why it was taking so long to fix, while we were still paying for a car we couldn't use. No other to use for the time. After a few more months more and more problems arise (Also had to pay for Transmission to be fixed even tho we only had it a week before it went) then the engine completely gave out. They wouldn't pay for the tow to fix it. We had to give it up and we're still now finding issues we've been stuck with due to their negligence. So much money we forked out for the tiny trashy car that still had dirty used utensils in it when we bought it. Smart attitu

I haven’t left many reviews but it’s helped me decide a lot of things since moving back to SC , which is why I’m writing this review , i purchased a 2013 ford expedition from pooles used auto , i was created and shown respect as soon as i walked into the building. I test drive 2 cars , one truck and 1 suv ( my now car ) both cars were in exellent shape, even the truck as a 1998 I think , it had 0 leaks and rode like a dream , the ford I went with was in great shape , nice smell , no lights on the dash , rode like a dream and 0 leaks or drips. I gave 4 stars , 1 the car had not been cleaned in Depth ( which I don’t expect a used car to be but a dip bottle in the back and the rear seats never being lifted up to clean is a easy work to just skip over ) 2 the car was not topped off on fuel , w

I ain't gone lie I had my doubts about this place before I bought my car. But in decided what the hell and I can tell you this, these people are the nicest bunch of folks I have ever met. The car I purchased has gave me no problems other than something minor in which they fixed without hesitation. The car was reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for... So if you need a ride go by and check these guys out if they don't have it I'm sure they can find it...
