Poor Man's Tire

If I could get this place a zero I would! I just went to a new tire tires put on my car and upon taking the old tires off realized that they put a used tire on my car when they said it was new and also the used tire had a patch from. I’m assuming some kind of puncture into the tire previously, and they put the patch on the edge of the tire, which is a major safety concern, and it’s actually illegal in the state of Ohio to install a tire as a business like that so I would definitely recommend steering clear of this business if you need tires really bad way of doing business you know better you should do better poor man tire!!! Amazing and honest guys. Saved me money on my truck. The tires they sold were in excellent condition and made a night and day difference especially with the snow.

Hard working guys that get the job done. Professionally mounted and balanced a set of tires and wheels for me took about an hour and cost less than taking it to a big tire company that takes longer and tries to point out every single little issue your vehicle has. Went to get my tire changed and one of the guys said, oh, it popped because that's a really old tire. I told him that's crazy because I just bought this from you last month. So you sold me an old tire? He then said oh we don't do warranty. Mind you I never asked for one. I told him it's a hole in the sidewall just need a replacement. He replies we didn't sell you a bad tire. Ok, cool can you fix it. He kept trying to argue about him selling me a bad tire so I left and went somewhere more reputable. I'll never return

Waited 20 minutes while they were working on 1 car. 4 other cars came in after me and they got them don’t first while I had been waiting for 20+ minutes. Didn’t say a word to me or even come to my car.
