I had a great experience with the crew and specifically Dustin at this Pope Davis! Very helpful and diligent in finding out what was wrong with my car, and understanding of the fact that I had some difficult circumstances in picking it up. They went truly above and beyond and the customer service and communication is top tier.

Terrible experience with this location. I specifically selected Pope Davis because I was told that I could trust them to be careful and not damage painted and rims. I had my rims painted 3 weeks before taking my car to Pope Davis for new tires. We specifically told them that the rims were painted and confirmed that they had equipment to protect the rims. However, when I picked up my car, all 4 rims had varying degrees of damage - significant chips and scuffs in the paint. When we brought this to the attention of the employee checking us out, he did get the store manager, who then proceeded to argue with us, saying that the technician wrote a statement on the documentation that there was damage to the rim prior to us bringing it in, which was a complete lie. Don’t waste your time or money. The worst customer service, laziest employees, extremely disrespectful. Save your money and go somewhere else that will actually help you. If I could give negative stars I would. An employee too 20 minutes blocking the driveway to even get into the parking lot when there were spots open that could have been pulled into. When finally made it inside, three people ignored me while I stood there only for them to tell me at 5:10 that they had shut down for the day and they wouldn’t be able to help with a simple tire repair. Mind you their posted business hours state that they provide service until 5:30. To top it off the employee that said they were shut down for the night had a disgusted attitude like I was asking for a full diagnostic work up 10 minutes to thei

One of my tires, previously purchased from, Pope-Davis but out of warranty, had a large screw lodged in it. I stopped a little before lunch time, purchased 2 new tires, and they were installed and ready within 3 hours. Great, friendly service. Good prices, too.

Five-star service from Dustin and the crew at Pope Davis! They are honest, professional, and fair. Unlike many dealerships in the area, they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. This is the only place I’ll be taking my vehicle from now on
