Pop's Towing & Recovery LLC

Giving 2 stars because you did take the $60 to bring my man home but as a LLC towing company this is a complete scam of a company! The woman seemed to be on a substance a man was driving in a beat up car! They told us they were gonna bring the car back in an hr, they messaged they were on their way 3 hrs went by! I told them to not touch my car because it wasn’t looking good and that a friend was gonna get it instead! Got my car impounded and had to pay $500 to get it out! I do not recommend calling these people unless you’re looking for a quick unreliable uber ride!

Be aware of this business!!! I have my truck broke down with my wife and two kids 8 pm they been dispatch to tow me 2 hrs past no one shows up, no one picked up the phone,no one calls ,over 4hrs until I got tow. I hope Allstate car care will do something about it because they not should be in their system to do any service. In fact I know I'm not the first one VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Tried for over a week to get a tow from this company and they just no show/ push back the time. "Lost my number" "be there in an hour" and not show call em again and its ill be there in an hour. To not show again. Dude that answers the phone sounded drunk everytime.

3 HOURS after calling, they never showed up. Completely unreliable. Cancelled the tow with no reason given, I do not recommend Pops towing at all.

Pop’s accepted a tow service call when I called Chevy Roadside Assistance at 9pm, and said they would arrive at 10:30pm. We waited but they never answered any phone calls from myself and Chevy Roadside Assistance, and they never showed up.
