Auto body repair exceeded my expectations. Front end damage repaired, car looks new once again. I was concerned about having to deal with my insurance company but the Porcelli's team worked with them directly leaving me with minimal insurance interaction. I was also pleased with being given a clear understanding of the entire repair process and updates along the way. When picking up the car they went over all details and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend!

Porcelli Auto is exactly what you hope a family-owned shop will be but rarely find. We brought them a 2010 VW CC with a no-heat issue that turned out to be a really tricky problem buried deep in the HVAC system. Ed, Rich, and James methodically worked through it, kept us updated, and ultimately got the heat working perfectly again. What stood out most was their honesty and integrity. As the job got more complicated, they could have easily justified adding more time and cost, but they didn’t play games with the pricing. They were upfront, fair, and stuck to what we’d discussed. The communication throughout was excellent: clear explanations in plain language, no scare tactics, no upselling, just a real effort to solve the problem the right way. Such a friendly and helpful shop! I stopped in without an appointment for a state vehicle inspection and they found time to take my car with a quick turnaround. Management was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this shop to others
