I was having an awful day. Got new to me tires on the car two days ago, had a flat the same day when I left the job at 10 at night. Came back the next day and put one of the old ones on. Then today I sat in jury selection for 9 hours, for a Whopping $9. I had a vet appointment at 5:30 and was told I would be out way before I had to be. Well I got let out finally an hour before I had to be there and had just enough time to get back to the house and to the vet. I was already stressed out and complaining. Then another one of my tires blew out on 81, and the donut was seized fast even with half a can of WD40. State trooper pulled up and basically said it needed to be towed cause I was in the median. I was beyond angry, then Steve Porrini pulled up and was one of the kindest people I ever met.

My car was in a wreck and this place towed it. They charged me 385 dollars for 1 1/2 days storage and 10 minutes of clean-up. When I went to pick up car, the guy that says he’s the owner made every excuse to NOT let us get the car and was hesitant to even write me a bill. After he wrote the bill, he said we have to pay in cash and wouldn’t take a card. Definitely a shady place of business. Please do not let them get you.

My vehicle was towed to this business after a car accident occurred earlier that day. Steve was very helpful by reassuring me everything's going to be ok. Thank you Steve for your encouraging words and thoughtful pieces of advice.

I've used Porrini's towing services a few times. Mr Porrini is very understanding and considerate of accident victims trying to find whatever pieces might be salvageable from their vehicle. Recently he allowed us access to our vehicle even though he doesn't have regular business hours on weekends. I would recommend his services to anyone.

We have been trying to get a hold of them since early Friday morning with no luck. We even took an Uber there to pick up our car but no one was there dispite stating that the place was open. Also didn’t answer any of our voicemails we left.
