Awesome personnel. Starting from the front desk all they way to service advisors(Jeff) and service department. I have went there to do my transfer case that gave up on me at 130k miles. Since car is less than 10 years (2014) only transfer case is still under Porsche warranty until that 10 year mark hits. Next day in the morning car was ready. I come to pick the Cayenne GTS and to my eyes they washed my baby also. Thank you Porsche Englewood and the whole team for fantastic experience. You guys have earned new customer. Congratulations!!!

I purchased a $125,000 Certified Pre-Owned Porsche from Porsche Englewood believing that “Certified” meant inspected, serviced, and problem-free. Within days, I noticed a mechanical issue and immediately brought it to their attention. For six months, I was bounced between departments, promised follow-ups that never came, and ultimately told the issue was “maintenance-related.” That’s a convenient label when you’re trying to dodge responsibility. Jeff has serviced my car for a few years. Super helpful and willing to work for customers benefit for factory(parts) warranty. Honest service and transparent price, though never did but you should be able to negotiate the price.
