Had an excellent service experience with Jerry Campuzano. I had purchased AS IS a 2002 Boxster S with less than 22k miles from a Bay area Mercedes Benz dealership. The check engine light came on 2 days after the 5 day return period. The car was professionally diagnosed by Tech Calles with a misfire in cylinder 3. Decided to replace all 6 spark plugs which had to be delivered from LA. Will return soon for a replacement key fob. Greatly appreciate the WorldClass Inspection report. Further appreciate Jerry helping me baseline my Porsche.

Overall a good experience. My only complaint is that I didn't ask if there were two key fob's for the 2024 vehicle I purchased. After signing all the documents and upon collecting the (key), I was told there was only one. Now I have to spend about $500 for a new key fob. I feel like that's pretty shady for such a high end dealer. I'm sure they could've gotten one made for much less. Make sure you ask if there's two key fob's before purchasing a used vehicle from them.
