I had an outstanding experience at Porsche Little Rock during my recent purchase of a 2014 Cayman S. Dylan and the sales/management team were responsive and professional as expected but they went beyond, making the purchase of this automobiles truly wonderful experience. Since I flew in from out of state, Dylan picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership where my car was waiting under a black satin curtain—an awesome touch! Kingsley, Matt and the entire team went above and beyond all expectations. Our Taycan purchase was smooth and efficient. There was a little negotiation but they were fair and so was I. The F & I manager presented my options regarding service and protection plans but was not pushy. The delivery experience was absolutely phenomenal! We were treated like rock stars! I can’t recommend Porsche of Little Rock enough.

I just love the customer service that I received from this dealership. Dillion and his co-workers made me feel like more than a customer, they made me feel like I was part of their family. They service they provided me didn’t just stop when it met their needs, but they went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met as well… I recommend that you give this dealership a try for yourself, because they sale more than just Porsche vehicles and they care more about you than just their commission. I love my Porsche family for making the purchase of my Toyota Highlander happen for me. It was a plus when I left with a warranty on my vehicle, because it wasn’t even expected and I was able to still stay within my budget. To God be the glory. : )

The service department team was awesome! Purchased a vehicle outside of the dealer and they were still willing and able to help me with all recalls and services. They were also straight forward with what needed to be done to the vehicle. Most of all, when it came time for the extended warranties to pay for services but denied claims, Daniel and his fought back the absurdity and we were able to have the services covered. Highly recommend this team!
