Brought my Cayenne in for warranty work related to persistent PCM issues I've had since purchasing it new. Porsche Mechanicsburg made the entire process smooth and professional. Scheduling was easy, and they provided a loaner Porsche without hassle. They performed a thorough multi-point inspection and sent a video walkthrough of the results. While I know these are often used to suggest additional work, I appreciated the honest, straightforward presentation—no pressure, no sales pitch. The team applied a factory-recommended software update tied to a service bulletin, and they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming the car. I picked it up cleaner than I dropped it off. Time will tell if the update resolves the issue, but I’m impressed they tracked down the bulletin and addressed it

Great service experience overall. I’ve been in for years on multiple cars for both regular maintenance and warranty issues and the overall experience has been wonderful. Good and clear communication as well as always trying to make sure my personal life isn’t impacted. Best part is that they aren’t pushy and advise me as to realistic needs. Also have been provided with really nice loaner cars which is good to experience other options to enjoy during the downtime. Having been to other local dealerships of luxury brands, they are by far the best.

The best Porsche service I ever received from a Porsche dealer I been to jack daniels nj manhattan motors and Long Island I feel like New York they just be rushing everything this dealer n Jessica my service advisor was fantastic n they answer the phone n text when I do service in New York you barely get them on the phone or a loaner I did a lot of work but it was worth it I know certain people don’t do service at the dealer but I get the warranty but all my Porsche service will be at this dealer
