Laura was truly amazing. I was so happy to see a woman checking me in at the dealership. She was not only so friendly but very knowledgeable about different Porsche models and engines. She walked me to my rental which was a fully electric car which I had never driven. And gave me a quick tutorial. She truly is an asset to the dealership, and I will ask for her in the future. When my car was finished and the service was complete, she walked me to my vehicle. We had a nice conversation, and I told her in the future I would be contacting her for Any and all appointments. Grateful for her kindness and knowledge!

On my first visit to Porsche of Melbourne I felt welcomed and understood. Service was completed timely. I felt assured that my vehicle was ready for whatever the road brought to me.

The service experience was great- easy appointment, loaner car, appropriate phone calls. The only problem is that they were unable to duplicate and therefore unable to fix my 1 year-old Porsche's AC that infrequently shuts off. The service department did everything appropriate including communicating with Porsche but still couldnt get solution. Second time in for same problem.

I had to bring it back to the dealer for the same ticking noses for which they did the repair earlier . This time it seems like they nailed it . Was getti getting updates from service desk . Sent drive to drop and pick me . Overall great service and I am a satisfied customer

Incredible service! Needed something checked and they came and picked my car up, dropped it off, and detailed the car. The service here is exceptional!
