Porsche Tampa Service Center

Extremely disappointing experience with Morgan Imports. The overall culture at this dealership feels overly aggressive and profit-driven. I reached out for a quote on my 911’s second service and was shocked at how inflated it was. After receiving quotes from other Porsche dealers within driving distance of Tampa that were about 45% lower for the same service, it was an easy decision to go elsewhere. I would strongly recommend shopping around before committing here.

First time back after Morgan Auto Group took over Reeves. Beautifully renovated dealership and service center. My service advisor Michelle was very helpful and friendly from the very first phone call. Overall, everyone I interacted with in the service center was very helpful. Adrian Bartus is the best service advisor I have ever worked with from the amazing brand Porsche. I have been working with him now for the last few months on maintenance, brakes and other items my Porsche needed. He’s one of the best in the business and really acknowledges the needs of each and every one of his clients. I’ve never had a service advisor always accommodate to my immediate needs like Adrian does. He really does provide exceptional customer service and does provide logical reasoning proving on all of my Porsche maintenance needs. Whenever you need any service done on your Porsche vehicle. Took my car in Friday July 26th to Adrian and Joe in service to take a look at the leather to see if Porsche would cover the replacement of what I thought was premature wear as car is a 2024 Cayman S obtained March from another dealership new. Regardless of dealership purchased at was trying to get Porsche to cover it and dealership would be reimbursed. I was suppose to hear back in a week that time came and passed then they said the following week I would hear back and you guessed it that passed and gave a call today 8/12 and left a message saying please let me know either way. Communication style from service department is awful. From this taste in my mouth about communication style and them never getting back to me as two plus weeks is certainly enough if Porsche would cover I will neve

I was looking for a used Xterra and found one at Porsche Tampa, the SUV had Nissan related issues that wasn't Porsche related. We settled on a price, had tag and registration done and was called back for a problem they found before my interest.
