I had an excellent experience working with the Sam. He was extremely helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and taught me a lot about my car. The professionalism and transparency made me feel confident and reassured about the repairs being done. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s understanding and peace of mind, but Sam absolutely delivered.

It was my first service since buying my car new at Porsche Warrington and how wonderful they treated me. Greeted me by name when I walked in, didnt keep me waiting for help, went out of his way to get my car finished and back to me. Sam deserves a raise! He was the best, and I wont consider going anywhere else. What a nice group of people at this dealership.

I appreciate the service that I received at the Porsche dealer in Warrington . Every time I brought my car in I feel very comfortable with the maintaining of my car. I bought my car from this location and my Sales agent answers my questions. However, I was in a position to lease versus buy a a used car. I didn’t realize that until months later. I wish that I would’ve gone over and he would’ve given me options. I think if Service agents would really consider Maybe the lack of knowledge that individuals have in consider giving them the options that would benefit them would be very helpful.. Lastly, the only time that I am put in a particular situation is the mannerism of the representative that meets me at the service counter, he should be more knowledgeable of my Maintenance agreementI bef

They are so customer centric and caring. It is the only Porsche dealer I trust and want to go to. Sam is the best, friendliest and most professional services advisor I have ever worked with. Recommend them highly!

Sam is an awesome service advisor! He and tech Dominic insured I could safely drive a 996 back home to the Southeast after I had bought it at an auction. They knew exactly what was needed and were very thorough, and even gave me a PCA discount. I would use them all the time if I lived locally in PA.
