I 100% recommend this shop to anybody needing work done on their car! My 2025 Tesla model 3 got hit in a parking lot 5 months after I bought it and this team did an amazing job with all of the repairs and my car looks brand new again. The panel placement is perfection, they're level and all of the spaces are even between them. The paint is perfectly matched to the rest of my car, blended seamlessly, and as smooth as a mirror. I was also pleasantly surprised when I saw they detailed the inside of my car too! It looked like it did the day that I bought it! I greatly appreciated the communication from the shop too! Had a really great experience with this company overall. Baylea was awesome to work with (we're friends now). Her communication and updates were on point the whole time, which made the process super easy. They even allowed me to leave AND pick up the car after hours which helped with my travel plans. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The car repairs were done really well and everything turned out exactly how I hoped. My experience with Port City Collision was great. Baylea advocated for me to the other parties insurance company when they were trying to play shady games, as most insurance companies do. Baylea also kept me updated while my vehicle was in the shop through every step of the way. Stephen was great and communicable throughout the repair process. Port City Collision is the only collision center certified in Wilmington to repair and service Teslas, and they do a damn good job.
