Port Huron Glass Inc

So Mike is the owner and Mike likes to use his personal cell phone for business. I apparently had a missed call from Mike but at the time I didn’t recognize the number seeing as how I don’t have the guys personal cell number saved in my phone. Mike was extremely rude, swearing and using profanity and swore that he never called me… but how on earth did I get his personal number if he never called me..? Not once was there any apology nor did he even identify himself as being associated with port Huron glass! I would gladly drive three towns over to find a good business if it means never having to deal with this BS ever again. Here’s an idea if you don’t want people calling your personal cell then maybe don’t use your personal cell for business dumb dumb!

Terrible experience potential customers beware! I purchased 600$+ mirror over the the phone they said they would install it and they took my money and they did and installed it Un level and looked like trash so I had to have them come back weeks later and rip it off the wall and put it back on which was the first waste of time and money second the mirror was defective and is peeling off on edges after 3 months and looks like trash so I asked them to refund or replace it and they wouldn’t and there stance on it was that I destroyed it by cleaning it with windex which I did 3 times and said they would sell me another defective mirror at a discounted price Thank god I am financially able to hold them accountable and take them to court in which common sense will prevail Spraying windex on a m

I had a great experience with Port Huron Glass! I am a Realtor and my client had a broken window that impacted our ability to accept VA and FHA financing. We had to get the window repaired quickly and Port Huron Glass had us bring in the window and measured it and returned it to us and had the pane ordered and replaced within a week. They were trustworthy and efficient and did excellent work. Once the glass came in, they were able to repair the window same day and their staff was friendly. They answered their phone and made our lives so much easier!

I’ve done business with this company on several different occasions over the years. They’ve replaced my windshield and replace several of my customers windows. Super friendly staff the office treats everybody with respect and dignity great family run business. We need more places like this in our town. thanks for the great service. Keep up the great work.
