I know I can be cheap but a basic carwash $9 gets you about 60 seconds of spraying, you don't even get the dryers to come on for that! I can go to an actual carwash where workers spray your car for that amount. The only benefit is it's a brushless carwash so no chance of scratching the paint. Vacuums are also available for quarters.

you know it's a joke if there is no phone number available to call & speak with management on. one Internet listing has the storage facility's number on for this place...... paid $12 for my car to still have dust all over it & none of the bird poop came off either - I can literally write my name on my white car there's so much dust left... it wasn't that dirty to begin with. the windows are spotty.... guess that's why ya charge extra to dry it, huh? 100% believe no manager will ever read this or try to contact me to rectify the situation either.

Had a technical issue with the touchless wash and the owner was quick to answer the phone, answer my questions, and provide a solution. Also provided a great wash after two weeks of salt and snow.

pricing on website doesn't match what the machine shows.... Also have not gotten the right change back from their machines and never see an attendant to clear up simple issues.

I paid for the automatic wash, drove in and it barely sprayed my SUV then it stopped. I figured the soap cycle was going to start. I was wrong, no soap, nothing, that was it. I basically paid to get my vehicle lightly rinsed. I could’ve achieved the same at home with my hose. What a joke!
