I called and set up a day to drop off my friends lawnmower. The lady that answered the phone was very informative and nice. My husband dropped it off for me on August 26th. The lady told my husband to take the key out of the mower. Its a push button start with no key. Im guessing they are very afraid of theft. On the phone I let them know I needed the carburetor worked on, the oil changed and new blades. When I called back 2 weeks later to get a update on it they have not started working on it yet. That was fine, im a very patient person. I know how business can get backed up. I told her it was OK and to do whatever they needed to, to fix it. I called 2 weeks later and they said they ordered a carburetor and was waiting on it to come in. I called on the 6th week it had been there and they

They were friendly and accommodating. They got me in for my inspection within a few hours and they had great prices for the repairs I needed to pass inspection. They even finished everything before I finished my conversation with the other person in the waiting room. I’ll be back next year!

I’m usually not the type to leave a review but my service was just flat out terrible I bought tires June 17th 2025 and was having a hard time finding someone to put them on for me that wasn’t trying to hit me in the head someone recommended porters so I decided to try them I needed my tires mounted, alignment done and then balanced of course they gave me a price over the phone saying it was going to be 340$ which is a fair price I drop my truck off the next morning everything went well I get a phone call around 11 am saying that I’m basically going to need my whole front in redone that they was not going to be able to do the alignment because of my front ends state which i totally understand when I get there to pay for JUST MY TIRES BEING MOUNTED THE BILL WAS 302$ they said that’s the diff
