Without an appointment, they were able to get my car in the garage within 5 minutes, and did the job quickly and properly. Very friendly and gave me some good advice on my tire rotation and rebalancing. As a veteran I greatly also appreciate the veterans discount. I am new to Johnson City. Just moved here. I will definitely be making Porters Tire Store my go-to shop for tire work and four-wheel alignment, which I'm coming back in January to have done. Thank you guys for the very good work.

Greg is the best when it comes to customer service! I thought I needed a whole new tire so I had them order me one. When I got there to put it on, they were able to patch it and not charge me, which was a huge blessing!

Don't go im a mechanic by trade I wanted a alignment and my car didn't have busted axle boots after I took it there..the did just to give you a example the tie rod bolt is in line with axle boots when the can't break bolt loose the use heat a torch well mine is busted now after going there I have 22 chrome rims and now I've got grease all over my rims and under side of my car.. Do yourself a favor go to Firestone.. The tried telling me I had bent rims when all it was was busted belt in my tire I ordered 300 worth tires but canceled because the said rims was bent the lost money because the didn't check lazy in my opinion...
